  • What are your hours of operation?

    We are open 8am-5pm every day. All boats are due back no later than 5pm.


  • Can we tube or wakeboard from your boats?

    Insurance restrictions do not allow for towable watersports such as tubes, skis, wakeboards, etc. to be used with our rental boats. Other local businesses can provide Captained watersports charters for up to 6 passengers.


  • Do we need to bring anything with us?

    Please be sure that the primary renter brings their ID, credit card, and boating license if required.  Otherwise, all required boat safety equipment, including life jackets for young children, are provided by us.   • Do I need a license to rent a boat?

  • What is the cancellation/weather policy?

    Customers can receive a rental deposit refund or reschedule for reservations canceled at least 24 hours prior to the reserved time.   • Do we have to pay for gas?

    Yes, taxes and gas used in addition to the rental rate. You depart from our dock with a full tank and we top it off when you return. Barring any damage or late fees, you will receive your security deposit back minus the cost of gas used.


  • Can we bring our dog with us?

    Absolutely, all well behaved pups are welcome.


  • Does a baby count as a passenger?

    Yes they certainly do. The seating capacity includes people of any age.


  • Do I have enough experience to rent a boat from Blue Water?

    We do have a higher standard than some rentals as far as experience goes. A qualified operator/adequate experience requirement is as follows. If you don’t meet these requirements, don’t worry, we can provide a Captain for parties of 6 or less(based upon availability of Captains).
